I typically reach for bolder, brighter colors but I think the soft pastels are influenced from the spring bulbs blooming outside. I started saving the left over pieces with the cutting dies, and it really has helped keeping those pieces from becoming lost or damaged. This card is a top folding, A2 horizontal folding card. The Glasses are dies from Jaded Blossom, and the eyes are black half round beads 3mm (?)...
I’m glad you stopped by! I have always enjoyed art, and was introduced to card making about 12 years ago. From there, the ability to create a variety of styles provides a therapeutic outlet to each day. You will find several card challenges, and themes which might inspire you to try something new. Enjoy!
