Tag Challenge #332, 32
Hello!
Today’s card is designed with using a tag/Christmas theme.
This challenge is hosted by AUD Sentiments Challenge Blog. To read more about the challenge and deadline, follow the link here: AUD Sentiments Challenge #332, and Weekly Christmas Card Making Challenge #32 (Facebook Group)
I made a few similar cards, and this was my favorite. I began by choosing two patterned papers. Both the plaid and the garland design came from 12 x 12 paper packs from Michael’s.
The card is a top folded design measuring 4 1/4 inches by 5 1/2 inches. The garland mat paper measures 4 x 5 1/4, and the center band measures 2 x 5 1/4.
A die from Unity’s Ornamental Pine set was used to embellish the tag. I glued 3- trees together. 2- white cardstock, and 1 patterned paper on top.
I found a left over stamped and died banner from Stampin Up’s Etoile Christmas. The Colors of ink coordinated nicely with the patterned paper, to anchor the tag into place.
Finally, a small silver holographic star, and a red foil was cut and glued onto the tree.
Thanks for stopping by!
Valerie Kaye!
