C.R.A.F.T Challenge #748 "LOVE"

 Hello!

Today's card is a monochromatic style for the C.R.A.F.T challenge for the theme of "LOVE"/ Anything goes.  To join in on the fun, please click the link here: (C.R.A.F.T #748)

This card is "LOVE" themed.  It's a very simple sentiment that can be incorporated to say "I love you", or sending love, or even thank you/love you.

I began by using a heart embossing folder on a pale piece of card stock.  I used (SU) Cherry Cobbler ink and sponged a light application over the raised hearts to add extra depth and dimension to the background.

Next, I assembled the bicycle from Honey Bee Crafts.  This is the Bicycle Builder from Honey Cuts.  I used Cherry Cobbler cardstock, Basic Black and Silver foil cardstock to assemble the bike together.

The Bicycle was assembled and glued with a fine tip glue pen onto the card base.  Small red tassles were added to the handle bars to look like streamers.  ( I was happy to find these little tassles floating around in my jewelry beads and findings!)

To make the basket, Two baskets were die cut from white cardstock.  The love banner was stamped onto light cardstock with cherry cobbler ink and then punched with a banner punch. I folded the top part of the banner and scored it, adhering it between the two baskets.

Lastly, a small red rhinestone gem finishes off the bicycle.

Thanks for stopping by!
