T.S. Elliot Card - CAS Colours and Sketches Challenge #551

I'm playing along today with CAS Colours and Sketches Blog.  The colors chosen for this challenge are Old Olive, Early Espresso, and Pumpkin Pie.  Join in on the fun, and click the link here: (Challenge #551)

I wanted something other than fall.  I think I'm pumpkin-ed out.  lol.  I wanted to try ink blending and a silhouette, so I chose Unity's "How Far One Can Go" stamp.  The solid image worked perfectly.  I masked a small section of this one layer card with washi tape and then blended Old Olive from the left and fading out towards the middle.  The same technique was applied to the right side of the card with Pumpkin Pie ink.  The bird and quote are stamped in Early Espresso Ink.  A small bit of distressing along the edges was used to frame the bird on the branch a little better.  Gold paint spatters were added as the only accent to the card design.

Ink: Stampin Up- Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie, and Old Olive

Cardstock: Accent 120# white cardstock

Acessories: Gold acrylic paint
